Williams Completes Telecommunications Training

South Dakota Wing congratulates C/Capt. Abigail Williams on her recent graduation from the SD 911 Telecommunications Basic Course held at the Law Enforcement Training Center in Pierre, SD. 

The course is a two-week intensive training program that all South Dakota 911 dispatchers must pass in their first year of work. 

It was Williams’ exposure to radios in CAP as a mission radio operator and communications unit leader that led to her law enforcement radio career path.
