Cadets Earn sUAS Badge
During the recent AE weekend in Onida, 14 cadets from six SDWG squadrons earned their Cadet sUAS badges.
Each cadet performed a successful unassisted takeoff of a small drone, controlled flight maneuvering, and landed the sUAS safely, under the direct supervision of a CAP sUAS Instructor Pilot.
The achievement allows the cadets to wear the Cadet sUAS Badge on their uniforms.
