2024 Runge Assumes Squadron Command

Lt. Brett Runge assumed command of Lookout Mountain Composite Squadron March 7 during a change of command ceremony at the squadron headquarters building in Spearfish.

The traditional passing of the flag ceremony was officiated by Maj. Kevin Pegelow, SD Wing vice commander.

Runge succeeded Lt. Col. Buck DeWeese, who had completed his four-year term as squadron commander.
